Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler might have a house on the market, but they have no plans of leaving Nashville, Tennessee, a source tells ET. Two years ago and prior to their split, the former couple listed the seven-bedroom home. They are now asking $5 million for the house. According to our source, this is not the home that Cavallari and Cutler were living in with their family, but the former NFL pro has been residing there since their breakup.

In the clips, we see exes and Back to the Beach podcast co-hosts Kristin and Stephen catch one another's eye in the library as the pals pass notes in class, skateboard in the hallways, and walk through the bleachers.

Kristin Cavallari is opening up about her divorce from Jay Cutler. The Laguna Beach alum was a guest on the latest episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast where she and host Alex Cooper discussed her highly publicized separation from the former NFL star and her hopes for the future. "I hope that he finds someone, I really do," she said of Cutler, from whom she split from in 2020. "I want him happy. My kids benefit from that, you know.

It looks like Kristin Cavallari's kids are bonding with her new man. The Laguna Beach alum shared a sweet snap of what appears to be boyfriend Mark Estes walking and talking with one of her sons.  In the shot, Estes and the young man are photographed from behind as they stroll side by side down a corridor. She added a simple white heart to the image, seemingly offering her stamp of approval on the heartwarming moment.
