Ariana Grande and Mac Miller both released new songs on Friday. The former flames -- who called it quits in May after two years together -- both dropped heavily emotional tracks. While Miller's "Self Care" -- off his upcoming album, Swimming, which debuts Aug. 3 -- is all about grappling with a failed relationship, Grande's "God Is a Women" -- from Sweetener, due out Aug. 17 -- leans more into female empowerment. In addition to the new tunes, both musicians also released videos for their latest singles.

Elizabeth Chambers is emerging from the shadows and opening up about her divorce from Armie Hammer following a series of disturbing allegations made against the actor.  In the trailer for her new Hulu reality TV show, Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise, Chambers, 41, says the central locale of the series became a safe space for her amid struggles in her personal life.  "Grand Cayman has been a sanctuary for me," the BIRD Bakery founder says at the start of the teaser trailer.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is leaving some stones unturned in his new book, Be Useful. The 76-year-old actor and former politician writes that he "won't be rehashing" the details of his marital troubles for the new release, instead choosing to praise his ex-wife for her commitment to their family.  "I blew up my family," Schwarzenegger writes. "No failure has ever felt worse than that." Be Useful: The Seven Tools For Life is Schwarzenegger's self-help book based on his career as a bodybuilder, actor, politician and everything in between.
