Billy Ray Cyrus has filed an emergency motion seeking a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Firerose.  The news comes amid divorce proceedings between the 62-year-old "Achy Breaky Heart" singer and his 37-year-old bride. As ET previously reported, Cyrus is seeking an annulment on grounds of "fraud."  According to court documents obtained by ET on Monday, Cyrus claims that Firerose -- whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges -- has spent $96,986 across 37 unauthorized charges using Cyrus' business credit card in recent weeks.

Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell marked a special occasion! On Saturday, the couple celebrated their daughter, Grace Warrior's, 2nd birthday. Angela "Blac Chyna" White is opening up about the lifestyle changes she's making. In a new interview on Tamron Hall, the social media star -- who just recently started going by her birth name -- explained the motivations behind the changes in both her physical appearance and her lifestyle and shared what she's told her two children about them. "A lot was going on in my life, honestly," White told Hall of why she decided to reverse the things she's altered about her appearance, including removing facial fillers and tattoos.
